The salesman was excellent. Ramiro Fausto took care of us. He had knowledge of the product line. Ramiro was very good. We had planned to trade in our Taurus and buy a Crosstrek. The problem was that the dealership didn't have any new inventory. We had checked on the inventory and it had said that there were 10 new Crosstreks in inventory. We needed to reserve one for delivery at the end of July 2021 or mid-August 2021. We went to the local Hyundai dealer where we found a vehicle in stock that fit our needs. We purchased that car.

Initially I worked with Shawn Kyle in leasing a new 2018 Subaru Forester. I also worked with Katie Winddop to do the financing with the car. Katie went above and beyond when I brought the car back after the transaction was complete with a maintenance issue. Katie got the maintenance manager and he fixed the problem even after their shop was closed for the night. Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Grand Junction Subaru.
