The Sales & Service staff is all phenomenal!!! They always greet me with a smile on their face and treat me like family. I Love buying & servicing my Subaru's there ('10 Outback). I will always recommend this dealership to everyone I know. The sales staff is not the typical pushy car sales people that I've met in the past. They have integrity, & are very personable. Also, I'm always getting birthday & x-mas cards in the mail from my sales person. The service department is not only fantastic at servicing Subaru's, but they service all European models as well: Audi, Vw, BMW, Volvo, & Mercedes Benz. Anyone I know that has a euro vehicle I have recommended to GJ Subaru. They have also fallen in love with this Subaru because they don't have to drive Glenwood or Denver to have certified technicians work on their cars. Service & parts guys always have an answer to my service questions, walk me through my service experience & make it stress free having my car worked on!!!

Grand Junction Subaru is the Best I stopped by Grand Junction Subaru a week ago, not really knowing anything about the brand beforehand. I was considering the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry, and considering the Legacy is a competitor, I figured I'd check it out. Our saleswoman was very helpful. She explained the advantages of the Subaru's all-wheel drive over the competition and why I should purchase my next car from Grand Junction Subaru. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I'm so glad I decided to stop by Grand Junction Subaru. Keep up the good work!

A-1 SERVICE I'm not a Subaru guy...Born and bred Chevy (my wife drives a Subaru). I would normally have my Chevy truck serviced by the local GM dealership, but their service has gone downhill. My neighbor, who happens to work for Grand Junction Subaru, encouraged me to bring my Chevy PK to his dealership for my oil change. My wife has her car serviced at Grand Junction Subaru and she always raves about it. I didn't know that Grand Junction Subaru has a certified Chevy mechanic in their staff! The service adviser I had was fast and got me right in-and-out. I'm glad to know that I can now take my Chevy down to Grand Junction Subaru to have my service done. Two thumbs up

Made me the priority! Interesting... I read the prior review and was compelled to respond with my own review about how wonderful my experience was with Grand Junction Subaru. I was driving from Moab,UT to Durango, CO two weeks ago when my 1998 Subaru Outback made a screeching noise and my engine light came on. The closest dealership was Grand Junction Subaru. I called them, and they were able to get me right in! Not only were they able to get me right in, but also they treated me as a priority as soon as I arrived. Luckily, they were able to identify the problem and fix it that day. I was on my way home to Durango that afternoon, to make it back for work. I was impressed to say the least. At Grand Junction Subaru we work very hard to be the best in our industry. Our dealership is currently #1 in Sales & Service based on 1st quarter 2009 Subaru Owner Loyalty Surveys for SOLI Customer Index Scores. We are not perfect but take seriously all feedback from our customers and implement changes based on that feedback. Having one or two customers respond on Google's review posting does not give justice to our hard working staff who take great pride in what they do. Again, we are not perfect but do learn from our mistakes and strive to be the best in our industry, and from comments and overall scoring from Subaru of America, we are number one among our peers and have historically performed at that level.
