The new 2026 Subaru Forester builds on its recent exterior redesign in 2025, highlighted by stylish slim headlights, a bold center grille update, and a new roofline look. Fresh bumper designs emphasize re-tooled "Forester" lettering, while redesigned taillights add confidence. The Wilderness trim is fully redesigned for 2026, offering the same refresh with 9.3 inches of ground clearance, model-specific all-terrain tires, and more.
Interior Design
The 2026 Subaru Forester seats five and offers up to 74.4 cubic feet of total cargo space, including 29.6 cubic feet with all seats in place. StarTex upholstery comes standard, with new soft-touch materials giving the cabin a refreshed feel. 60/40 split-folding seats are included, with options available such as leather-wrapped gear selector and heated/ventilated power front seats.
