Updates to the 2020 Forester

Overall, the appearance of the new Forester is the same, but the new Forester Sport model comes with an all-new design for both the exterior and interior to give it a unique look from the rest of the model lineup.

The 2019 Forester came standard with the Subaru EyeSight suite, and the 2020 model adds on additional driver-assist features such as Lane Centering and Lane Departure Prevention. These new features scan the lane markings and work to keep the Forester in between them. This BOXER engine provides up to 182 horsepower and has standard fuel efficiency features such as Auto Start-Stop.

Technology

In terms of technology, the Starlink Multimedia system comes standard on each 2020 Forester model. New to the Forester lineup is the Forester Sport. It has the Subaru Intelligent Drive system built in to manage the transmission system.
